A Book Signing for Martha's Flowers at the Kips Bay Decorator Show HouseMay 2019
If you’re in the New York City area this month and want to see the work of some of the nation’s most acclaimed interior designers and architects, visit the 47th Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House. The event draws thousands of visitors each year to benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club.
Earlier this week, Kevin Sharkey and I conducted a book signing at the Show House to promote the deluxe edition of “Martha’s Flowers: A Practical Guide to Growing, Gathering, and Enjoying”. Our book signing was held in one of the featured rooms - a sitting room designed by Jeff Lincoln. Our own Martha Stewart Wine Co. also provided a selection of delicious varietals throughout the evening. It was a wonderful event and a very inspiring exhibition of antiques, home furnishings, and fine art.
